Role

The IT Procurement & Vendor Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing and managing all IT procurement and supplier relationships across the organization.

The goal is to operate ReVita’s digital platform efficiently and cost-effectively through professional procurement management, transparent contract and license control, and sustainable vendor relationships.


Main Tasks and Responsibilities

IT Procurement & License Management
Responsible for the central procurement of all IT-related goods and services (hardware, software, cloud, maintenance). Ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and lifecycle transparency.

Vendor and Contract Management
Develop and maintain long-term, partnership-based relationships with IT suppliers, system integrators, and service partners. Negotiate, conclude, and monitor framework agreements, SLAs, license, and maintenance contracts.

Governance & Standardization
Implement and maintain group-wide procurement and contract standards, including compliance and ESG criteria, data protection (GDPR), and IT security requirements.

Budgeting & Reporting
Support budget planning, license cost tracking, and forecasting. Establish reporting structures for IT expenditures, contract durations, and supplier performance reviews.

Support for IT Projects
Participate in tenders, system implementations, and rollouts (ERP, KIS, PACS, CRM, security tools, etc.). Take ownership of the commercial and contractual coordination.

Support cross-functional tasks during the start-up phase, particularly during new system implementations, infrastructure projects, or organizational build-up activities.

Temporarily lead or coordinate IT rollouts and site openings (e.g., hardware, network, and license procurement).

Collaborate with the Enterprise IT Architect on the selection and integration of technical platforms.

Support the CTO in contract negotiations, vendor audits, or escalations with strategic technology partners.

Contribute to process development and digitalization within procurement and contract management (e.g., building a central vendor database or integrating ticketing systems).

Professional and Personal Requirements

Education / Experience

Technical Competence
Knowledge of IT contract law, license management, sourcing processes, ITIL/ISO frameworks, and understanding of complex IT system landscapes (ERP, KIS, CRM, PACS).

Role

The Enterprise IT Architect is responsible for the overall architecture of ReVita’s digital platform, spanning infrastructure, ERP, and the clinical information system (KIS), as well as middleware, security, and interoperability. The goal is to build a scalable, secure, and maintainable system landscape that forms the digital foundation for operating approximately 50 medical care centers.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Architecture Design & Governance
Develop and maintain company-wide IT architecture blueprints (business, application, data, and infrastructure layers). Ensure scalability, security, and compliance.

System Integration & Interface Management
Define and oversee integration strategies (APIs, middleware, HL7/FHIR, ERP/KIS/PACS/CRM interfaces). Take technical responsibility for interoperability between systems.

Technology Roadmap & Standardization
Develop and maintain a technology roadmap in coordination with the CTO, business units, and external partners. Define architecture principles and standards for all ReVita locations.

Project Support & Solution Design
Support projects in system selection, design decisions, and integration of new modules (ERP, KIS, HR, CRM, document management, etc.).

Supplier and Partner Management
Evaluate and oversee external providers, especially cloud and platform partners. Ensure architectural alignment and compliance.

Where you’ll also help

Support cross-functional tasks arising from the dynamic start-up phase (e.g., operational support for IT procurement, vendor evaluation, tenders, or contract coordination).

Assist in project management, particularly for IT implementation projects with high technical complexity.

Work closely with integration engineers on the technical implementation of interfaces.

As a greenfield system, the CMO/CMIO is a co-architect of ReVita’s care philosophy and works closely with the CEO, CFO, CTO, and COO-equivalent roles to shape how ReVita delivers care across ~50 centers.

Objectives

  • Define the scope of medical services offered across ReVita, including specialty care, chronic disease management, diagnostics, outpatient surgery, and interdisciplinary clinics.·

The CFO/COO builds scalable systems for up to 50 medical care centers, ensuring that financial sustainability, legal compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic execution align with ReVita’s clinical model and digital-first strategy.

This is a hands-on, greenfield leadership role co-creating the organisational DNA of ReVita.


Objectives

  • Develop a financially viable outpatient care model using EBM, GOÄ, selective contracts, chronic care models, lab/imaging reimbursements, and emerging payer partnerships.
